Terms and Conditions / General

1. Open to UK residents aged 25 and over who accurately complete the official entry form/survey and return before the closing date.
2. There will be one main prize to win one of the following:
   • A 5 star hotel break for 3 nights for 2 people sharing a room in New York plus economy flights plus $5,000 spending money (£5,000 maximum prize value). Meals, drinks, travel insurance and other expenses are not included in this offer. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis and offer is subject to the hotels standard terms & conditions.
   • Mortgage paid for a year up to £5,000. The winner must have a current valid mortgage in place. Payment will be made on a monthly basis to the value as specified on the mortgage statement up to a total maximum value over 12 months of £5,000 and does not guarantee the full mortgage payment.
   • His and Her’s i-phones, Mac book Air laptops and i-Pods. (2 of each)
   • A week's luxury holiday for 2 in Las Vegas, USA, inclusive of flights, hotels & transfers and $3,000 spending money. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis and offer is subject to the hotels standard terms & conditions.
   • A luxury all inclusive Caribbean Holiday for 2. Inclusive of flights, transfers, accommodation and the standard meal and drinks menu. Offer is subject to the hotels standard terms & conditions.
   • 1 week’s luxury Mediterranean cruise for 2. Inclusive of flights, transfers, accommodation and the standard meals package. The offer is subject to the cruise providers standard terms & conditions.
   • £5,000 cash to spend on whatever you like.
3. The closing date is 31st January 2009. Only one entry per household. No purchase necessary to enter.
4. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date. The winners will be selected at random by computer. Judge's decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
6. This draw is not open to employees, associated agents of Premier Data Logistics Ltd. (PDL) or anyone concerned with this promotion or to members of any our sponsor's holiday products. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
7. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days of the draw date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify PDL of any change in contact information.
8. The Winner's name will be available from PDL.
9. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw. PDL reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of the prize draw without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
10. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 14 days of notification by PDL or its representative.
11. Unclaimed prizes may be passed on to other entrants. This promotion and draw may be run across or amalgamated into other promotions by PDL which share an equivalent or greater prize offer. Further, this may involve pooling the total number of entrants from one or more other prize draws to make one draw on the closing date and awarding one main prize with the nature of that prize determined by which prize draw the entrant entered in the first place.
12. Entry into the draw authorises PDL and/or our sponsor to contact and to publish the name, address and country of the winners. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
13. Entry into this draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Prizes are not transferable. There is a cash alternative of £5,000. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
15. Holiday Awards (which are offered separately and independent of the prizes offered in the Prize Draw itself) are subject to terms and conditions available upon request.
16. Neither PDL, our sponsors, nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
17. Data is held according to the PDL’s privacy and data policy which can be viewed at www.2minutedraw.com. Your details may be shared with carefully selected companies who may wish to contact you with information or services which may be of interest but if you do not wish to be contacted in this way please write to PDL. Entry into the draw authorises us to contact you including by email/SMS but if you do not wish to be contacted in this way please write to PDL.
